All Signal & Spark products are digital PDF guides delivered instantly by email. Because digital files can't be physically returned, we don't offer returns in the traditional sense. Instead, every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. To request a refund, fill out the contact form on our website with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You don't need to give a reason, though we appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

How refunds are processed
Once we receive your request, we'll confirm it by email and issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Bundles
If you purchased a bundle, refunds apply to the full bundle order. Partial refunds for individual items in a bundle are not available.

Requests after 30 days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible.

Problems with your download
If your download link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, please contact us before requesting a refund. We'll resend your files right away.
